──────────────────────────── May 15, 2026 ──────────────────────────── • Fixed a bug where some members couldn't post to the forum even though they were on the mailing list — clicking the submit button did nothing. If that's still happening to you, try clicking "not you?" and re-entering your email. • Added a "Having trouble?" option on every forum page — a quick way to send us a message if something isn't working, without leaving the site.

──────────────────────────── May 15, 2026 ──────────────────────────── • Adopt-a-Block map — now in development. Based on the discussion in the Adopt-a-Block thread, the plan is an interactive map of Marengo where you can see which blocks are already claimed and click to adopt one. Adopted blocks will show as highlighted so there's a clear picture of how much of the city is covered. Will post an update here when there's something to try.

──────────────────────────── May 18, 2026 ──────────────────────────── • Forum photo attachments — you can now attach a photo to any forum post or reply. Tap the "Photo" field, pick an image from your phone or computer (JPEG, PNG, WebP, or GIF, up to 10MB), and it will appear inline with your message. A quick tap on any photo opens it full-size.

──────────────────────────── May 19, 2026 ──────────────────────────── • Adopt-a-Block map is now live — head to /adopt-a-block to see the full map of Marengo. Click any street segment to select it, enter your email, and adopt it. Adopted segments show highlighted in amber on the map; your own show in purple. You can adopt up to 10 segments. A confirmation email goes out when you adopt, and all adoptions are tracked so the map stays current.
